Visually, the game is excellent. As far as everything else...it's subpar at best. I beat the game within a business week, and that says a lot. The plot is intriguing to a point. But after realizing what's going on, it becomes a bit "blah." I regret not purchasing the remastered "Dead Space" over this wannabe.
