I witnessed all the entire series and the movies. What I don’t understand is why they changed the original writer if sunrise want to do a sequel for it? The first episode was written by its original writer so it’s still good. It was based on the original manga, those scenes of kagome and inuyasha, but the rest are just a mess. I tried to watch 2 and then 3 and the beginning of 15. All the changes and development that happened to the original cast until it end on the final act were wasted. It’s so far from the original. I could not take watching it further. If you’ve watched the original series from start to finish, you will understand what I’m saying. How I wish it was Rumiko. The sequel is an absolute mess.
