I always respected Jeff Daniels as a talented actor (especially in "Newsroom"), but he didn't do himself any favors by jumping into the woke Netflix pool. "Man in Full" has combined all the woke paranoia and combined it into a poorly-scripted, racist protest. Every white stereotype has been included, from the overweight, cigar-smoking, misogynistic white man to the angry, racist, violent cop and the prejudiced southern judge abusing the bench to practice his own form of justice. The inconsistencies are ridiculous (a successful billionaire cannot be that obtuse, a meter maid would never call a cop for backup much less have him arrive in a split second and react like Rambo to a parking violation; no judge would never waste the court's time and resources like this one did; the victimization of the entire black race regardless of positions as mayor, chief corporate attorney, and someone in line for a judgeship is preposterous. I gave the show a chance, but it insulted my intelligence. I'll be turning the channel. I thought Harry was Daniels' dumbest role, but Charlie Croker has surpassed him.
