Seeing American and Scientific history I am very familiar with reenacted would, alone, grab my interest. Nolan's storytelling and the actors' performances riveted me to my seat. By the end, I felt drained and incredibly sad. Our entire civilization crossed a Rubicon the day of the first successful test. We won the war but squandered the slim possibility and opportunity to live afterward without fear of nuclear annihilation. I hope we learn from this because the race to develop super-intelligent AI powered by quantum computers has many parallels.
