I bought a one time ticket for a friend to come to my son’s graduation day delay, the greyhound bus over three hours I asked for a cash refund and they refused. They are a multi million dollar company and because the bus was running late not my fault they have to steal $30 from somebody. This place is a freaking joke. I’m sure they are I have had so many lawsuits against them somebody how to get with me and we will see these people for everything they have.
