This book was good I read it in only 5 days but I did have a lot of problems with it.
This book is about domestic abuse which is a topic that needs to be discussed more however this book was advertised to me as a romance novel and someone even said to me "this book changed the way I look at relationships." The book isn't that profound to back up that statement.
The book was a fast read and Hoover did an excellent job at developing a fast-paced plot twist at every corner plot but I still found the writing cringey. It read like fan fiction from wattpad.
I HATED the ending and the love triangle. The love triangle was out of place in my opinion. The ending was not justified or realistic. Should romance novels be realistic? Eh so so. Should books about domestic abuse be realistic? Yea.
