As a born and raised Kamen Rider fan and a Cinema lover, the movie was Ok. It was just a edgy retelling of Kamen Rider. The story is very different from the original 1971, the camera work was just bad, choreography was poor, the pacing and scene cuts of the editing team was definitely not thought out well. CIG was good at certain parts the only real saving grace was probably the costume team. I would rather fans just watch the original 1971 because the why it was filmed had more character to it. The choreography and cinematography was much better and you can tell Shotaro Ishinomori really thought things through when filming.

I would give it a 3 1/2 but 4 should be fine. The beginning was great, the idea and concept is great not realistic but good and I definitely love how they're trying to combat a big issue in Korea right now too. The only part I find very very very very frustrated is the main female character....everything she dose just F... everyone up, I'm literally pulling my hair because of how frustrated I am. Character development is a mehhh.

Movie was pretty good. China's definitely getting super good with their CGI's lately. Actions pretty good but you can tell some of the battle scenes towards the end was just to put in for flashy actions no real coordination. Story was bit meh you get the idea and the reasoning behind the plot but everything felt crammed and jumbled up...character development was ok the moment when you actually start to understand the characters they're killed off, so you cant really relate or connect with a character.... Idk over I'll still recommend to watch it the artistic part of the movie is beautiful, but if you're a die hard perfect cinema critic it's a movie you can pass and not miss out of.
