This is the worst game i have ever played on xbox. I downloaded the game a couple of days ago to try it with a friend. The first day we thought it was a fun game with cool graphics. The second day we spent an hour doing quests and collecting treasures, then out of absolutely nowhere we get slammed into by another boat with other players (the first players we had ever encountered in the game, and we did not even know other players could be in the same lobby as us) that killed us so quickly, burned our boat and cashed in our treasures. We got off the game thinking that was a one time thing that was a bad experience. We hopped online to play on the third day, my LB button was not registering so i had to restart the game- bad start to the session already. We begin a quest which we ran into "Captain grimm". This character DOES NOT DIE! We shot cannons, threw grenades at him, shot him and even stabbed him. We both died multiple times trying to kill him. It shows no health bar, so we didn't even know how much health he had left. He nearly destroyed our ship twice by summoning a meteor storm. By this point i was about to rage quit because we had been fighting this bloke for 20 minutes. So we boarded our ship and left in no specific direction, we were just trying to get out of there. This is when i lost the plot..... We saw a boat and thought why not try shooting some cannons at it, because we knew it was an AI, and not other players. We proceeded to repair our ship constantly while we absolutely smashed their ship with our cannons (which appeared to do nothing to their ship). Then we realised our cannons are not dealing damage to this ship so we tried to leave the fight. The AI boat followed us and destroyed our boat completely with precision of every cannon shot they fired. My friend died. The ship upturned and began to sink. I couldn't swim away from the ship and sunk with it and all our treasure. This is a a tragic game that i would pay people not to play. Please remove it from the xbox game pass so other players don't end up wasting their lives trying out this game.
