Reading the reviews from the pros is hilariously meta. It’s too wildly improbable. But also too lecture-y. It treats a serious subject with insufficient gravitas. But it is too feminist. (I guess raping intoxicated women is something only feminists think shouldn’t happen?) So in effect it’s the essence of society’s view of women: should be all things and perfect, but alas, no.
