Easily top three Netflix original I’ve seen, if not THE best.
It’s not about chess—it’s about redemption, helping others, overcoming yourself, trying and failing, not trying and failing, trying and succeeding, and so much more. It’s the “Rocky” of chess. (That’s not a spoiler because sometimes Rocky wins and sometimes Rocky loses). I strongly recommend it. Excellent acting, excellent music, great cinematography—wow! Loved it! Mr. Schaibel! Love him
