Cary Hall

I think the effects were amazing but hasn’t this story been done better so many times before. I enjoyed the fight sequences and the visuals, but the story was sloppy. The enemies know her weaknesses and could have exploited at any time. The ending is weak and contrite and doesn’t work. Some say it’s for a sequel but I don’t like poor writing that you have to leave a major plot hole unanswered so as to make people “tune in for next weeks episode” to know if lil Orphan alita(Annie) is going to make it out ok. I don’t think it’s completely awful, I would just give it a b-, c+ rating
