The budget for this 'movie' should have been donated to charity. Action/ comedy? Wow!
Weak plot, weak story, over the top sequences. 20 minutes in and nothing fascinating, too many missed details. The driver has a cap, doesn't have a cap, the mirrors on the green car are broken off but, are still seen in the chase sequences. Can I give this less than 1 star?
