In an era of being laid back. Being in tryst with equilibrium and not wanting any uncomfortable situations to handle, this book gives you an overview of how exactly opposite mindset works. It makes you think of how being uncomfortable with the present situation can help you get over it and constantly expand your limits. This is good for motivation but as hcw , it is not a healthy balance ⚖️ mentally to be precise. This approach is extremist and not everyone wants to be same BUT to set goggins as an example of how far one can actually go, we can definitely achieve the goals we set for ourselves. This book was a good contrast of recieving inspiration and to self analyse how far can we go?
