I think this year has not been good for the game at all. Core mechanics and basic idea of the game are still there. However, it has practically been made unplayable for anyone not level 20. There are so many rules outside of raid that makes it genuinely not fun because the developers are giving you no reason to loot anything in the first place. The flea market, what should be a beacon of hope for new players turning level 10 is spitting in the face of that player as he cannot sell any of his expensive items from the beginning of the game because you are restricted on what is allowed to sell for some reason. Overall, the games pointless rules to try and combat other problems makes the game far less enjoyable and more about giving you a headache rather than providing entertainment value. I would not buy beta access, wait for initial release.
