Alright, wanted a few more references to barbie throughout time, found some bits unwatchable. It is a cute movie with a deeper meaning, however the deeper meaning got boring and repetitive and so did the rest of the film, it’s nice little movie but it’s by no means a cinematic masterpiece and so there for I feel it is very overhyped. The hype the movie has I feel is due to the cultural impact of the barbie rather than the fact it’s a good movie. Great cast but after the first 30mins poor script. The trailer and teasers set my expectations higher than what the movie was actually like.
