Great beautifully produced movie. I’ve always es loved David Attenborough and how he narrated these types of documentaries. He has seen so many places and has experienced so many things. He is obviously a knowledgeable man. He seems to be a spiritual man but I my self as a religious man have many differences of opinion. Many people in this world if not most think we have total control of our destinies and the worlds as well. So many studies have been done in the past 100 years. Tracking of temperatures and climates have been steadily recorded ever since the ability to record them. It seems to be an obsession. Governments are being changed heavily on the concept of global warming or climate change whichever one suits for the occasion. Votes are cast on this issue alone As I said before I am a believer in God and the Bible. It says in the Bible that we are to be stewards of the earth. I believe that most people I know are doing that. Most people I am acquainted with are farmers and business men. The farmers I know farm as environmentally friendly as they can. The business men I know conduct business as environmentally friendly as they can as well. They do this not necessarily because of their complete concern for the environment but because they are trying to survive a tough economy. I also believe they are concerned for the environment. You will never se a more clean organized and free of litter piece of property than one that belongs to a good farmer or business man. Farmers buy the most efficient tractor that burns less fuel. Why? To save money and grow more crops. The businessman puts his employees in the most efficient vehicles to save more money and deliver more goods and services. In turn the environment receives that benefit. All of these things help but the world keeps growing and more services and crops will have to be grown. I think most people are doing their part and hopefully scientists can figure out how to make it all work. What most people aren’t doing is putting their faith in God. God gave us this world to live in. He gave us oil to allow us our industries. He gave us farmland to allow us to grow crops. I know that some farm ground has been cleared forests and rain forests but those countries had to do that so their people wouldn’t starve to death. My last point. If you are a believer the Bible says this world will end someday. It is an event that every Chistian is apprehensively hopeful for. The beginning of a new heaven and a new earth. So I find comfort in the fact that we actually have no control. We are stewards of this earth but I am not allowing climate change to rule my life or my lifestyle.
