I think director is afraid of Rajappa, that's till the very end of movie he was never hit or warned by hero. Unfortunately though hero tries to warn him he never takes him seriously thats the funny part. He was hitting the goons before becoming Collector and after as well. No use of clearing IAS., FEAR was the main factor and Rajappa never had that, and even hero couldn't make hom feel that!! This was even worse than LIGER!!

Looking at wall poster, i thought it would be a complete out & out action entertainer. Just a couple of headshots thats all 😒
