Although the game is really good and I like everything about it as its in its early stages its worth staying away from it until they fix bugs. The continuous home screens are annoying, if you can get past this though sadly their first update broke it further by showing an annoying message --> "world saving inprogress... cannot start save world data. %s " This results in losing some data no matter what you do, when you crash or have this message it does a roll back and it can potentially lose the last 30 minutes of gameplay. You cannot exit to menu as it cannot save the game therefore you have to force close which means everything from 5 minutes before that message appeared up until the point you log out is all gone. Their website claims "we are here to provide you exceptional support" Don't waste your time, I've emailed, submitted a form from the website used the xbox and link provided in game and also commented on their twitter / X whatever its called now and after just under 2 weeks still no reply. An update released today 7th Feb 2024 did nit fix any issues at all so I assume the patch was regarding new stuff rather than fixing the issues with the game. I've now had to uninstall it again after updating today to prevent myself from playing the game and continually losing progress or I'll get fed up and just quit and unfortunately as I said at the start it really is a good game and the potential is huge if they can just fix the plague of bugs causing no autosave and crashing it'll be a 5 star game for sure. Even if they added a manual save option to override the auto save so you could exit without losing stuff it would be better than not being able to play it at all. Honestly I know I've rambled on and if you've scrolled to the bottom just to figure out what I'm on about here is the short version. The game is plagued with bugs causing no data saving and continuous crashes making the game unplayable unless you enjoy doing everything over and over again so steer clear for a little while until they actually deploy fixes for it.
