Lasky's story made me cry. I think these days people take projects like these for granted, both for audiences and production companies. We audience need to know that there were some brilliant minds working on the project, and we don't judge a work that we ourselves couldn't do. And companies need to know that a good piece of art takes a very long time to be considered done. We don't push artists to an impossible deadline.
The budget for Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn is very well spent, but I'm glad that they actually cared about the story; that's how you make a motion picture, not through hypocritical marketing but through emotional stories.
