Great film, it’s not a cookie cutter hollywood blockbuster and makes you think. Sure, you’re left in the dark as much as the characters are throughout the film but you don’t need to know the exact reason for the apocalypse because it wouldn’t change a thing. I thinks it’s a great portrayal of would happen; people are not likeable in world ending events, and there’s no character growth because I think it sort of mirrors our society and where we’re heading = we’d just rather watch TV and dissociate than try to save ourselves. Didn’t like the music, it was very grating but I think that’s on purpose to make you uncomfortable, and I guess that’s the whole point of the film. Really didn’t feel like a long film, I was only going to watch half an hour but ended up watching it in one go without realising it was 3am If you come away disking it then I think you’ve missed something
