Made the mistake of starting episode 1 at 10pm... binged the whole show and loved it. It was like a 4 hour movie and I was never unengaged. Wonderful casting, wonderful performances, and writing that balances real life and comic relief at every moment. Loved it! Haven't binged a show on Netflix since House of Cards seasons 1 and 2. Top marks Tina Fey and Netflix, and Steve Carrel is in classic form. Will Forte delivers in every way, as does the rest of the cast of which I wasn't familiar with, but they all crushed it. Be careful when you start this show, you may end up being very tired the next day :-) Highly recommend.
