Weak story line, no character building, no character background, nothing.
Also irrelevant secondary characters.

This movie could’ve been so much more.
As someone who is now 39, and was a teenager during the 90’s and loved the original, I was hesitant to even watch this.
Have no expectations if you decide to press play. Otherwise, skip it and just watch the original again.
