Utterly outstanding in every aspect. How Fincher and his team create such a tense, gritty and gripping show, even without showing the gore and the actual crimes (like a lot of their contemporaries) is remarkable. It's a breath of fresh air within the crime genre and expertly portrays the paradigm shift in policing and attitudes towards crime and why people become criminals- truly exploring the complexity of crime and deviance. Meticulous attention to detail on the period setting and the way they dive deep into each characters story and personal lives with limited exposition furthers the quality and enjoyment of the show. Great casting and acting too.

One of the most entertaining and satisfying movies i've ever seen. The plot is so detailed and faultless, it's absolutely hilarious and the cast and acting is impeccable. Daniel Craig's smooth, over-the-top Kentucky accent is hard to get used to at first as we're so used to his British accent, but it just adds to the humor and wackiness of the movie.

Almost 20 years later and this movie is still brilliant. Hilarious and adorable!

This movie is absolutely incredible. From the acting, to the cinematography, to the way it provokes deep thought and subverts your expectations, it's all outstanding. Overall, a beautiful story, told beautifully.
