This version of Batman feels the most faithful to the source material of any film to date. A true detective story, highlighted by incredible performances all around, an outstanding score, and gorgeous cinematography. This story would work with ANY character in the lead, it just happens to be The Batman, and Pattinson delivers a take that is on par with the best we've ever seen. Matt Reeves delivers a compelling visual story that is as dark and brooding as it is hopeful. See this film, yes "film" (not comic book, action, blockbuster) as soon as you have the chance.
