What a satisfying, clever book. Amor Towles never disappoints his readers. The writing is so fantastic. Most important for me as a reader is character development. The antagonist and protagonist must stay absolutely true to form, Towles has mastered this. The surprise element in so many lines is purely entertaining. The plot unexpectedly twists and turns. I loved this book as much as A Gentleman in Moscow.
