If there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that rating instead of 1. As expensive as this mattress was, we are so disappointed. Sagging and so uncomfortable. Mattress Firm purchase. They tried to make it right by replacing it once, but this new one is doing the same thing. We will have to replace this, and we have only had it a short time...
