Blizzard does not know what to fix and fails everything in that aspect. They do not know how to listen to its customers. I loved their games but they do sure know how to burn it to the ground. (e.g. Overwatch and now Diablo 4) The recent patch did not try to fix the game and instead made it worse. It can only get worse from here unless they start listening to the customers feedback, which I highly doubt given the nature and image of their company.
