I almost did not buy this game on Steam sale because of the reviews and ratings. I played every AC from the first game, back on Xbox 360, on through Odyssey. Don't believe the reviews and BS haters. This is an amazing game, I'd say it's as good as Origins at least. I'm not all the way through it, 20 hours in or so, but I am loving this game. I actually like it better than Odyssey, it feels more like an AC game, has great mechanics, and well put together zones/platforming. Gameplay feels like a more polished Origins mixed with some of the OG titles. I like the change to the parkour, it's better than the more recent games - old parkour was superior - you have to think a bit about your route when you run. The character designs are pretty good, as usual with Ubi games the face/hair design could be better but it's bearable. I like the interactions with NPCs, cutscenes, and vendors. Honestly, so happy for the haters and bad reviews because that probably drove this deep discount for the Steam Autumn sale - huge win of a pickup.

The Last Voyage movie was amazing, I feel sad for it that it was a box office flop. I blame the general population, for being uninformed...it should have been a huge winner but I suspect nobody knew it was a vampire movie or what the Demeter was... only those who had read the Dracula book would know the significance of the ship. I highly anticipated this movie since I saw the trailer, it did not disappoint. I agree with other critics that they did a poor job marketing early on. They showed the vampire in the trailer, they should have held out on that. Also, they didn't advertise enough and started too late. This was a top quality movie with great acting, costumes, effects, suspense, and creature design. It's my favorite vampire and horror genre movie of the year by far, amazing storytelling. The addition of new/unknown characters was done well. I liked the story told and would be thrilled for a second movie. The effects were just incredible, check out this movie! Buy it on digital and Blue Ray! Let's get them what they need to justify continued production.
