People giving it low reviews are reviewing it off their expectations rather than the actual quality of the game. Yes, there are some bugs but it isn't uncommon for a new release. Physics are good and sense of speed is wonderful. The graphics on my series S leaves me wanted a bit more but it isn't terrible. The car leveling system isn't as bad as I thought because it doesn't take that long to actailly level up a car.
