Good plot line, that plays out like a thriller. The psychological elements give one room for thought. It illustrates how, if one doesn’t learn by the choices we make and how we behave, the same issues will follow us, where ever we are. Strong performances from the cast. Lots of moral issues thrown into the mix. Raises the age old question of does an altered state of consciousness, along with the power of thought, give us access to parallel universes/other dimensions. Are there multiple versions of our selves, existing in various ‘worlds’ living out all possibilities?

I’m not going to call this production a musical, its a lot more. This is a completely different multi layered play with music and songs. Innovative , experimental and avant- garde piece of theatre. It’s a multi media piece, using a screen to highlight emotions and nuances that otherwise might be missed by the audience. Don’t expect to sit back and be entertained, it takes an open mind and concentration to get it! Cast and vocals superb, though Rufus Wainwright’s compositions might not be your regular West End musical songs. This is not a traditional West End musical, as in a Trevor Nunn, Lloyd Webber production.

Promising start but just became repetitive. No real character development. I didn’t particularly like any of the characters and didn’t care what happened to them.
