First of all, I want to let you know that this is my first time writing a review online. I have decided to do so because I'm slightly confused, I do not get the popularity of this show! As of 2023, August, precisely, I have watched excellent quality TV Series, i.e breaking Bad, Dexter, Lost, etc... Then, I saw 'Madmen' on that list; so I decided to give it a try (after learning it had won many awards, for being one of the best TV Series). - After watching S1 E1, it was exceptionally Boring, but still, for the curiosity of the 'awards', I PUSHED myself to watch Episode 2. - After episode 2, I unwillingly Forced myself to episode 3. - Now at the end of episode 3, stil on S1, I can't take it anymore. And there's 7 seasons? No way! Is it because I was born in the late 80s?! And the show is based in the 60s?! On my opinion, that's not the case. It's simply, an overcooked grilled Beefsteak, with no salt, no pepper, nor any other spices (if it was a dish). Just Bland. So, if that's what you like, go for it.
