There are no immortals in this world, not any I know of. Eventually, everyone's life will come to it's end. We don't know when for sure, but we are certain it'll happen. But what if we know the fact that we are going to die beforehand. How will it affect us. How will we spend our last days, hours, even moments. This movie shows how exactly things go if ever one was to endure death to be only told that he have had it all and it's about time he die. We may not be the man William Parrish was. In fact, everyone is unique. Yet we'll get to see how it went for him. The aftermath of knowing his own death and how it both messes and builds his life therefrom. Moreover, he doesn't have to endure it alone as death itself keeps him company throughout the time, who discovers the growth of something deep inside of himself during his little vacation with William Parrish. And as for the acting, what less can be expected from Anthony Hopkins himself. He nailed the role and so did Brad Pitt. He actually got me into believing he was indeed death. In reality, I don't expect death to be this composed and amiable.
