Dear cast and crew. First off, love the show. I am a 62 year old white male and I really enjoy the show. I usually watch every day and although I think the show is great, I have one problem. Too many times I have seen a guest get cut off while they are pouring their heart out to you and America, and often it is a serious revelation concerning a life struggle or tragedy. PLEASE STOP THIS! It makes you look like the most heartless mediated show EVER! If you don't have time to let your guest answer the question, Don't Ask The Question! Cutting them off makes you look like the rudest people ever. I know you are under time restrictions so please manage your time more responsibly so as to not look like disrespectful host. Sam, your the one who ends up having to do the dirty job of telling your guest their out of time. It doesn't fit you and I know that must hurt some to have to do that. Maybe the show can eliminate this part for good.
