Do not expect any in-game support by Blizzard if you are a casual player. I was more or less told that my in game issues including 4k latency spikes inside solo shuffles, Teir set bonuses not working as described, and health randomly dropping below 100k hit point whilst in arenas was not significant enough for Blizzard to investigate or for them to rectify my rating loss or simply suggested I couldn't read properly. To reach 1851 as a Holy Priest was a huge milestone for myself and was then all lost in 2 rounds of solo shuffle due to the above issues. This is very disappointing considering the expensive subscription!
