Another remake that shouldn't have been. Apparently this one is the social justice warrior version that obviously needs to preach at you and teach you a lesson instead of just being a movie that doesn't suck. It's supposed to make sense that the group of social justice 20 something's want to go hiking thru the whitest, least social justicey part of the entire freaking country. Yup. Totally makes sense. Except it doesn't. I don't watch movies to be preached at. I don't watch movies that want to shove an agenda down my throat. I watch movies to be entertained. Which is why I should have skipped this one.
