I have just been watching the bully boy interview tactics Ryan Bridge employed interviewing Megan Woods on the Jib board shortage. He is rude, he doesn't let his interviewees get a word in edgeways, and if he doesn't pull his head in and do a proper interview you are going to lose a long time viewer.
