Overall, this documentary covers what most people understand already. It reenforces an active lifestyle, high fiber/low caloric intake, natural ingredients without unhealthy additives, reducing stress, and loving yourself as well as others. Something that it doesn't mention is that all the blue zones are in warm weather climates where a lot of the foods they eat grows naturally. I would like to see an episode where it helps you understand how to apply this to the area where you live, how to shop, and source some of the same foods (that don't include all the stuff manufacturers put into American food such as preservatives and food dyes).
