First: That is NOT Vulcan! Second: So far, looks pretty good, maybe, just maybe the producers will return Star Trek to what made the franchise so great.

Episode 4 FINALLY shows a reality that results in dire consequences! The first three episodes are too corny, too "happy ending" for my taste, almost enough for me to lose interest - that is until episode 4. We finally get to see what could happen if a hero turns out to be not so heroic. I grew tired of no matter what the earth is saved story lines. Episode 2 was especially sickly sweet, almost nauseous. Hopefully, Marvel turns it around before too many people lose interest, me in particular.

I thoroughly enjoyed this move. It has it's heart rending moments and it has some laughs. The cast was excellent, the music was excellent, the story was excellent. I am planning on owning this movie. Could not ask for much more in a great movie. Don't listen to the "critics", they tend to over-analyze films, trying to find something wrong when there is none.
