Loved it!! It was a well written story and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Kinda sad Henry didn’t get a redemption arc but he low key deserved his fate at the end because he just let his mama boss him around, he should have stood up for what he knew was right. I kinda have to roll my eyes a little bit though cause all the main characters are female—Elodie, her stepmom, the dragon, all the “princesses”, the evil queen chick ext… but hey female empowerment I guess! (Side note I am in fact a woman) just silly how people push that narrative nowadays—but it is totally a five star movie!! Worth the watch!

There are already a whole bunch of lengthy 1 star reviews so I’ll keep this short. I watched the 3 episodes that are out now and am very disappointed. All the action scenes are super short and there’s lots of lengthy conversation scenes that didn’t necessarily happen in the book. What weirded me out the most was the whole Gabe being the voice for the oracle—made no sense. The actor/script for Sally just feels wrong. Percy seems a little too serious compared to the books but he has some sassy lines. Oh my gosh and Grover with his consensus song—cringy. Overall I don’t know if I’ll continue watching the series.
