A big letdown versus 1st 3 books. Extensive repetition of what happened in first books - and unexciting accomplishments of the detectives. I actually thought this might be so after ordering this. We'll see if next 2 books are better. But after those, I am done w. the series. Detective Kubu series is far superior in my opinion. Read all 8 and never got bored, even rereading them. Once through is enough for me on this one. I found myself skipping many uninteresting pages.
