First off, the storyline and acting in Ezra are among the best I’ve seen in a long time. Bobby and Rose delivered phenomenal performances, and then there’s De Niro—absolutely incredible!
As a father of a son recently diagnosed with ASD, I was hesitant to watch, fearing the emotions might hit too close to home. But I’m so grateful I finally did. The emotions are deeply resonant—Bobby captures every raw feeling of being a father in this world—and they hit close to home in the most profound and beautiful way.
This film is a source of encouragement for anyone who has shared similar experiences. Whether you’re familiar with autism or not, Ezra does a remarkable job of shedding light on how individuals process the world around them, offering an authentic and heartfelt glimpse into the autism community.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in creating this movie—it has made a lasting, positive impact on me and my family.
