I appreciated the book and highly recommend it for anyone who is interested in leadership. Of course, it is one perspective, but one worth considering. Leading is about caring for other than yourself and meeting people on their unique human level and bringing them up. Most people equate management and leadership and the two are vastly different. Many people can manage, leadership takes courage and an ability to own both the W and L for the team.
