I believe this might be the worst fifa yet. Plenty of bugs but those can be patched. But the gameplay is based around speeding sweatys and pressing triangle (thru-ball). I only play career and kick off. My favorite thing about fifa has always been defending and being able to make crunching tackles while quickly building up play. Seems like in this fifa there isn't a lot of control when defending. When chasing, defenders seem to slow down drastically. For whatever reason defenders are faster on the ball and abysmal without it. You'll score a ton of goals but it seems like only because you can't stop them, defending is so bad in this game so of course you'll have consistent games ending with 10 goals in them. I play on the hardest difficulty in career mode and the AI is not very good except when you're pressing on the sideline. Then every single player becomes messi with the skills and you can take the ball away. Pretty underwhelming game. I've played all the fifa's in the past 10+ years. And i think this is so far the worst one yet.

Nothing done to 'improve' career mode. We've been begging for career mode improvements for years, instead we can now customize our manager who you hardly see in the game anyway. I will be buying PES next year and do not recommend FIFA 20. Glitches galore, nothing done to improve career mode. Oh but you can bet you're money(hurry before you spend it on a pack) they're making Ultimate Team the greatest game mode ever, with a new player card each week you're garanteed to spend your money and never have a chance at getting him. FIFA 20 2/10 stars
