Thought-provoking movie for its time and today, if I was one of the people curating movie list I would have to place this movie in alignment with other movies of similar thinking all in the top 10 of speculative fiction projecting into a possible future catastrophe that humanity would have a tough time coping with if not surviving, a future that no one expects but given enough thought humanity has set itself up for potential disasters it never needed to face.
