Just went back to watch this again. Top drawer

I enjoyed this film as I enjoyed Paul Bettany's other horror / sci-fi release from around the same time, Priest. Both film's delivered an enjoyable shot of escapism, with decent effects, all delivered for a relatively small budget. It's a pity he hasn't had the opportunity to star in similar projects, as I believe both films made a decent return.

Besmirched the good name of Castlevania.

Easily one of the best films I've seen. Which, considering it was made 45 year's ago, has certainly stood the test of time. I'm currently rewatching old favourites with my daughter. Last night was The Thing, tonight Alien! Both ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ classics. In this time of CGI effects, it just goes to show the talent of both the directors and those designing and building the sets and special effects. Have they been bettered... I'll let you decide.

We had a few hours to kill before a flight and this was the only film which fit into the time window. I thought I'd accidentally bought tickets for a feature length episode of FBI, which the wife loves, when the film began. Ride or die, flogging a dead horse would have been a more appropriate title...

Brilliantly done. Cavan Clerkin plays his part superbly as he is slowly sucked into the unfolding nightmare.

Top drawer. A touch of levity never goes amiss.

Classic Fairbrass, gritty and nicely paced.

Great movie with a nice little twist at the end. One of the better one's I've watched recently.

One word is sufficient to describe this film, dreadful. It has the look and feel of an episode of something akin to the reboot of Magnum PI.
