“The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho is not just a novel but an inspiration to thousand of people around the world’s. The character develops through the journey with many lesson and learning from the people who cross the path on the journey. The journey starts when the shepherd boy named Santiago saw a dream about treasure and in search he travel across with the sheep. He end up in many places and cross path with unique characters who taught him various lesson and even though he loved a women he leaves her to pursue a dream. It shows the we have to follow our goals and what is our will wait us no matter how long we take to return . He meet the man who tells Santiago he saw treasure in the dream but he didn’t travel far because he didn’t believe in himself that he could find it. So we have to believe and follow what our heart truly desire from within and the whole universe conspire to help us to get there. He learns that life means constant change , everything on earth is being continuously transformed because the earth is alive and it has a soul. The whole journey of Santiago was inspiring but the part I love the most is when he fell in love with desert women named Fatima. She encouraged him to pursue his dream and waited him without. It shows love is there no matter where you are and gives a power to pursue the goal.
