Not sure what's the hype. The detective concept was okay, although the flow can be a lot better. Collin Farrel's penguin was very good, John Turturro's Falcone was great too. But for the rest of the cast, it seems like it was their first movie act (especially the police, the bodyguards lol). I believe it's got to do with the script and directing as well. It just seems so *unnatural*. The kiss scene like out of nowhere. It's like you're watching them reading the script than actually producing characters
