Won't refund, Terrible company, I got trapped out of the country for 6 months than when I returned everything was closed so I couldn't use my tickets and Fandango wouldn't refund them. I did try and spoke with them several times. Don't buy from them. I told them I'd leave a review. Here it is.

NO SPOILERS,, It's a good horror movie and for all you haters, your basically saying your not big enough fans to want another movie because if you give it such terrible ratings, it won't do even decent and they will not make another movie. So thanks for being such harsh critics. I liked it. It's more of a horror than action. Compared to other horrors like Annabelle it's way better in my opinion. Plus, there's plenty of action. It is different than the other resident evils but that's the point.
