Very touching storyline. However, this was our least liked film by the Kendrick brothers because it was, basically, a Christian version of a woke movie. All the white characters were portrayed as either stupid or low-ranked, and (spoiler alert), the drunk driver (as touching as the forgiveness part was), was also white. Contrastingly, people of color were portrayed as the strong, able, intelligent leaders. It was obvious that the Kendrick brothers made this film woke to gratify the culture we live in, instead of making a film where all races are portrayed as valuable, not just people of color. I give it 2-stars for the content, and 0-stars for race equality/respect. I hope the next movie is better.
