The movie held promise but it should have explained what happened exactly to everyone. A disease so virulent that it kills immediately should have been explored. How long had it been? Why he never cleaned his home? There are many whys in this movie. The ending is clumsy and it seems hastily thrown together. How does thousands not only survive but band together to form a normal society when 99.99% of humanity was killed instantly is beyond me.
